With more than 20 years of leadership and consulting experience in customer service and digital business development, I support the design, implementation, and transformation of complex customer relationship systems. I have participated in the development, operation, and outsourcing of large-scale contact centres, from strategy creation through to day-to-day operations.
My strength lies in a measurable-results approach: increasing FCR, reducing AHT, improving NPS/CSAT, and ensuring transparent reporting. I believe in customer-centric, data- and AI-supported operations, where automation and human empathy reinforce each other. As a senior consultant, I support partners with executive guidance, workshops, and implementation-focused project delivery.

I am proud of our stable and scalable customer service solutions, our experienced market and public opinion research team, our successful lead generation, database building, and telesales services, as well as our fast-to-deploy automated calling, AI chat, and SMS systems.

Bertalan Bozzay

Bertalan Bozzay has more than 20 years of professional experience in the energy and banking sectors. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the planning and implementation of strategically significant energy and financial projects, with a particular focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and business value creation. He has gained significant experience in project management, product and service development, as well as in establishing and coordinating complex stakeholder collaborations. With his structured, risk-aware approach, he transforms technical and energy challenges into commercially sound, scalable solutions.

Monika Balogh

Dr. Monika Balogh is a labor law and HR specialist, auditor, and instructor with over ten years of experience in senior management at large multinational corporations, as well as over ten years of experience as a consultant and expert. She is the author of a textbook on labor compliance audits, and is also a Japanologist and an expert on Japanese corporate operations. Her work is characterized by an owner’s perspective, a systems- and process-based operational focus, and a development-oriented mindset. In supporting companies’ administrative and HR processes, he strives to develop global systems, automation, and so-called “fail-safe” solutions that ensure lawful, efficient, and sustainable operations.

Akos Csatari

Dr. Ákos Csatári earned his degree from Eötvös Loránd University and subsequently began his professional career as a lawyer. During his work as a trainee attorney and later as an independent attorney, he gained extensive experience in various areas of law, particularly in civil law, real estate matters, corporate law, contract law, and litigation; he is also well-versed in labor law, criminal law, and public procurement matters. As a certified public procurement consultant, he currently advises several government agencies and business entities on both the bidder and contracting authority sides. His work is characterized by precision, legal soundness, and a business-oriented approach.
